Introducing PhoeniXML DB
We are pleased to announce the public release of the PhoeniXML DB engines — a complete XQuery 4.0, XSLT 4.0 and XPath 4.0 stack for .NET, available on NuGet today and free under Apache-2.0.
PhoeniXML DB brings modern XML and JSON processing to the .NET ecosystem without Java bridges or COM interop. Query your documents with XQuery, navigate with XPath, transform with XSLT — from a library reference or from the command line, async throughout.
The XQuery, XSLT and XPath engines are free and open source under Apache-2.0, and always will be. An embedded document database built on the same stack — ACID transactions, MVCC concurrency and rich indexing — is still in development and is not yet published.
